         [Fault Phenomenon] The customer described that the mobile phone was in normal use, and suddenly the screen went black. He thought the phone was out of power, so he charged it immediately, but the phone did not respond. After searching for information online for a long time, he tried to force restart, but the phone still did not turn on, and connected to the computer. Still no response. The customer had some important work information in his mobile phone that he needed urgently, so he took it to a nearby mobile phone repair shop. However, it was not repaired.          [Repair Process] After receiving the customer's mobile phone, there was no response when I turned it on and tested it. Since the customer had already tested it nearby, it was a motherboard problem. Without further ado, I just disassembled the phone, removed the screen, removed the battery, and observed the motherboard shield. It has been demolished and repaired in layers.

CNC Motherboard SwapPlace the motherboard on the heating table to heat the layers. After the motherboard is delaminated, the CPU falls off directly. Depending on the situation, the CPU was installed by someone else with low-temperature tin. In this case, the board can only be moved again.

         [Repair Result] After re-moving the board, the phone was turned on and tested. The phone turned on normally and all functions worked normally. For the iPhone 12 Pro Max that has a black screen and does not turn on during normal use, you can try to turn it on and restart it first. If it does not work, recharge it and see if there is any response. If there is still no response, there is a high probability that there is a hardware problem with the phone and you need to find a third party. Check and repair at a regular repair shop or after-sales service.
